10. NATIONWIDE SERVICE FACILITIES

Avis Fleet Services account managers will visit the outlets on a regular basis to explain the procedures to be followed. AFS will add to their list of authorised service agents where geographical areas are not covered by the existing list.

When a vehicle requires a service or needs maintenance, repairs, the service agent will contact AFS Head Office. Avis Fleet Services will issue an order number to the nominated agent and all invoices are forwarded to Avis Fleet Services for payment.
